I have a 1980 Hunter 33 and am considering entering the upcoming Fort Lauderdale to Nassua race on 4 DECEMBER 2000. I have a 110 roller furled jib and the original main sail. The vessel is shoal draft, 4'. What is my PHRF rating and how can I get a PHRF certificate right away in order to make the race? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks to all.
