Contact them and ask

Brian: Sail makers can cut sails different for the type of sailing that you do. I would imagine that they can make a sail out of ANY high tech materials if you are willing to pay for it. Just remember that the life of these high tech materials are quite a bit shorter than good ol' dacron. You should be able to contact Bly@sailboatowners.com and see what they can do for you.

Find a Sailmaker

I suggest that you find a loft near enough to you that you can talk with the sailmaker, show him your old sail, and boat, and work out a solution that fits your boat, and desires. I would find it hard to make a material/sail technology decision without that contact. And if you are serious about racing, a sailmaker will deliver a lot of support for your efforts in addition to just the sail. David Lady Lillie

Good lofts

Good sail lofts are hard to find unless you are near a yatching hot spot. I did extensive searching over the net and found one I like and got a great sail at a good price. If you want I could email you my search results.
