Need Manual for 4hp Evinrude engine

Just bought a 19'Mariner it has a 4hp Evinrude Engine S/N 752220. Does anybody have a owners manual or service manual for this engine, I could get a copy of. The Mariner is a 1974 model think engine is same. Engine is missing air filter were can I find new one. I seems to run ok but I have not put boat in water yet.
