Not impressed that the model number isnt on it - but the manual is for models P79 P79S, and chirp models (I dont think its one of these) P75M, P95M. The meter is getting good power. This is mounted on the hull of A 23 ft sailboat and worked fine until now.
I took it off the hull just to look at it and everything looks fine. There are no electrical connections to deal with - the cord plugs right into the meter. I would think if this is just sitting there it would work. I assume its just gone bad and time for another. Unless someone has any ideas for how to check it another way.

I know my waters very well so probably wont replace it. I see very mixed reviews for this companys products

Just a point of reference, it must be submerged in water to work and you should hear a slight clicking when it is working

Does the depth sensor have some wires connecting to a network hub ? Whether it does or not the problem may be within the hub. First thing to check is the battery in the hub. How does the sensor communicate with the display, Bluetooth, WiFi, ???
