Dave - is the 260 set up for a roller Furling head sail? I know a lot of them have these head sails but is the boat designed for it? What is the largest head sail the boat was designed for? We have a 110% - but what about a 150%? Could the roller furler handle the 150%.

Also what about a spinnaker?

Thanks,

I will suggest the CDI flexible furler and I am not sure if it is the system 2. Call CDI and they can tell you. I would convert the 110 over to roller furling. What many do not realize is you have a larger mainsail than most other boats and when you add the jib to the total sail area, in a sense you would have a standard main with probably a 140 genoa. Add sunbrella cover to the sail. As for adding a larger jib, you run into problems with the sheeting and in some cases you would be overpowered in heart beat.

As for light airs, use a A symmetrical spinnaker designed for a one person use. Forget the one that uses all the lines and poles and so on or what I call a racing spinnaker.
