Need Bilge Switch that FITS !!!

We are in an urgent situation.

Wondering if anybody has had a problem replacing their rule-a-matic float switch on a Catalina 320 model 1998???? The keel bolts are in the way of using any current float switches as they have made them 5" long now.

What have you done to replace it since the rule-a-matic replacement is larger than the old one???

Hi Stu.

Thanks ... but the 4 7/8" is too big for our bilge. It wouldn't fit in between the keel bolts.
It must be less than 3" - 4" long. What are '98 320 owners doing about this????

Next step: have you checked the Rule website for their other products and sizes? Other Googles on "bilge pump switches" will get you other manufacturers. There are some newer vertical models that could fit.

Don't know where the C320 guys hide, haven't seen too many of them here. Their association website maybe?
