need an replacement boom

boom broke during an controlled jibe. Isomat apparently is not available any more,. anyone know where or how an replacement is available? 94 oceanis 400

The brand should not make any difference. As long as the length is correct and the gooseneck fittings can be matched up, any setup can work.
Try US Spars, or a local rigger who can source boom extrusions to get you what you need.

I think this would be the time to get an improved version of the boom, if there is such a thing.

Have you checked with rigrite(.com)? They sell Isomat spars and I think they have a big inventory of older extrusions. Also, there's five used Isomat booms on eBay right now. I think most of them are from the same guy, and he may have more.
