Have a laptop at nav station for chartplotter and want a swingout touchscreen in the companionway. There was a thread on this a few weeks ago but I can't find it. Someone was going to install something like this

Is this suitable and do I connect to laptop via usb and where do I get a 10 ft usb cord. If want to hard wire the power, if I cut the cigarette plug off do I have issues with polarity when connecting to house's 12v and if so how do I figure out when wire is pos and neg in the cord coming out of the screen?
Where do I get a swing arm bracket?
Finally, never used a touch screen, but will this allow me to zoom in/out from the remote screen if I can do this my clicking the cursor on screen "buttons" on the laptop chartplotter program. I run The Captain software.
Finally, The Captain solftware has a night view function where you can turn the screen brightness down and with a red hue. Will the remote screen durplicate this without adjusting the remote screen?
