Need advice on adding roller furling

I have a 1994 26. This winter I want to investigate adding roller furling.
I would appreciate suggestions and guidence.

On our 1996 H26 we used a CDI Flexible Furling System. Worked great! Make sure the sail can be retro-fitted on to the new system.

I had the dealer (Strictly Sail, Cincinnati) install a CDI roller furling system with a new sail when I bought my 95 h26 last year. CDI was highly rated by Practical Sailor, which is good enough for me. They also said it was a do-able project for the owner. I personally wouldn't have an existing sail of questionable age cut down to fit. My sails appeared to be original to the boat, so a new jib was justifiable. I love it!!!! I single-hand mostly, and it is a great convenience. Last winter I sent to main to Sail Care in Ford City PA to be re-worked. I'm very happy with the results. Now my sail inventory is up to snuff and looking good.
