need a deck access hatch for 1980 O'day 23

Hello, my name is Jared I'm new to sailboating and I recently took my 1980 oday 23 out for a sail. The deck hatch was not attached properly because I was replacing the hinges. and while under way in a strong wind my buddy as clumbsy as he is he bumped the hatch with his head while down below in the bow and off and down in the water it went never to be seen again.

My question is:

Does anyone know where I can find new/used parst for a 1980 O'day 23???

Can you Identify the original manufacturer from the Oday forum? If so, we could probably help. Jorge in TX found a salvage yard with lots of hulls and parts and Oday probably bought components off the shelf as did Hunter, Catalina, etc.

What about a 1981 Sonic 23 sloop?.. for some reason I thought it was a Oday but in fact its really a Sonic. sorry
