My rudder is in Davy Jones locker.
New or used, and or drawings if I have to make one.

I may have an answer for your problem in the next few days, trying to buy a 28 for the trailer and possibly the rig but the seller seems to be schizophrenic about prices, he is selling in two different venues for two different prices and tells me a third story over the phone.

Hate to say it, but sounds like you have a real " iffy" deal.
People like that only get worse, not better. Could be some fibbing involved also.
