Navman 3100 series

Has anyone recently installed the navman sail package. If so, how did you wire it. All the wiring to the helm and then one to the repeater or is there another way.

NAVMAN 3100

I installed a NAVMAN 3100 Multi and Wing about two years a go and have been very happy with the performance. They are easy to read even in full sun. Unfortunately I don't use a repeater but looking at me owner's manual it looks like you might need a junction box. I'd give them a call. they were very helpful in integrating my system with a raymarine autopilot.

Tony, Thats how I wired my Navman.

I bought the 3100 wind, repeater and depth. I interfaced my Garmin GPS to the repeater. The 3 instruments are mounted in my companionway cover pod. The gps is out at the helm. I ran all wires to the to the pod. Then I ran one data cable back to the GPS. Power to the pod and out to the GPS are on one source, one fused toggle switch. You can do the same, with all cables to the helm then one data cable from the helm out to the repeater.Ted
