Navigation Lights

The colored lenses in the navigation lights mounted in the bow of my 1978 Hunter 30 have faded. The green is still faintly green but the red is now clear. Any fixes? I would be willing to replace the entire fixtures if there is a reasonable match to the through-hull mountings.

Port light

Haven't been able to find replacements for the running lights. I painted the port (red) one with finger nail polish on the inside. Hope it lasts another 20 years. I even have a Perco catalog and have spoken with the factory, no joy.If you find a source please share it with jlaird237aol.com

not legal anymore _ anyway

I have read navigation lights of this period are no longer legal, and for good reason (they where not that visible) Suggest replacement with aqua signal or hella combination _ on the bow railterry
