Have you tried Simrad?

They bought some/all of Navco. I downloaded the manuals for my Navco autopilot, and it's the same. Manuals are the same and they may have the old stuff too. Just a thought.

Thanks Don, Yes, I had contacted Simrad but there was no response. It turned out that my new analog wind display unit had the characteristics of the close haul unit somehow. The dealer found a spare demo unit in the store and exchanged it. I am a happy camper now. Thanks again.
