I noticed that the bolts along the base of the port side settee were
loose but couldn't reach the nuts to tighten them.

Any suggestions?

Hi Victor,

The bolts go through a fiberglass flange. You'll need to remove the top of the settee and get in there with a thin wrench to hold the nut. I used one from a motorcycle tool kit, 6mm IIRC.
