Mystery Leak

For the past 3 yrs. I have been chasing a mysterious leak that emerges along the starboard hull/deck joint area inside the cabin of my H-26. The water seeps in below the windows and stops at the galley area. During moderate rain, the flow is considerable and it pools inside the settee lockers. I have gone to great lengths to identify the source and correct it. Here is what I have done: re-bedded deck fittings with 4200, including organizer, rope clutch, centerboard uphaul jam cleat, stantions, mast head light wire socket, etc. I replaced all stbd. side windows, except the opening port light. I pressurized the boat interior with an electric leaf blower and checked for exterior leaks using the soap bubble method. (Found a few minor ones, and patched them.) Rebedded all of the rub-rail retaining screws in 4200. The boat has a new Sunbrella sliding hatch and companionway cover. There is a solar powered vent mounted forward of the mast step, but there is no moisture coming in around it.

During a recent 3 week cruise in the San Juan and Gulf Islands of Washington state and Canada, the leak continued. Does anyone out there have any other ideas about the possible source of this leak?
