Mystery Leak, top side

I have a mystery leak, starboard side, exit point is from somewhere behind the nav station. Leak only occurs after a heavy rain. Sometimes water appears on the shelf on top of the nav station, sometimes not. Usually there's a drip down to the shelf where the table is stored. I haven't located the entry point yet. I have tightened all top-side stanchion screws and the screws along the genoa sheet track. I plan to start spot-soaking along the deck with a garden hose until I see the leak occur down below. I'd like to find the source before turning it over to the marina repair and having them tear everything apart. Maybe that's the ultimate solution.

Has anyone else experienced the same kind of leak, and also do you have any ideas for me to locate the leak source?

I may have found the answer to my mystery leak

After soaking the stanchion bases and finding no leak down below I moved on to soaking the genoa track. Ta Da! There is the source of my leak. Now I will leave it up to the marina to take it up and reseal it. I'm not sure how they will tighten the bolts down below when they're done because they must be behind all the cabinets, something I don't want/can't tackle myself.
