Mysterious Leak

I have had my O'day 20 for two seasons now and still have a mysterious leak. I have sealed all bolt through hulls, removed and recaulked the OB mount and crawled underneath and epoxied all nicks, scrapes and chips I could find. I have even considered relining the swing keel tube. It is not a huge leak, in six hours of sailing I have to pump the bilge twice from the access by the sink. It is usually worse under power. Any hints would be great. Also, has anybody installed an automatic bilge pump under the floor with the drain hooked to the sink thru-hall. Thanks for any and all info.

You may have checked....

Hey Bill, This maybe of little help but my 20 had a leak in the cockpit drain. The water would slowly leak down the hose and end up in the bilge. I'll bet you checked for this problem. But, I figured I'd post it anyway. I've been thinking about installing a bilge pump under the sink too. It sure would make me feel better to have an automatic pump down there. Good luck!
