no one bothered to explain its going to have an old gas engine that is junk. I bought a pearson 26 sitting in a field for $2500 about 15 years ago Im still sailing it. Oh did I forget to mention I have put over 20K into the boat over the past 15 years. And this is a smaller boat than you are looking for It takes an outboard big difference on expenses than a 30 footer which needs an inboard
