My 2GM won't start.

The first fuel pump is pumping fuel but I get nothing out of either of the injector pump outputs. This seems odd to me because I would think the odds of both sides of the pump being bad would be high.If I squirt WD-40 into the intake it will fire up.It seems like I zero'd in on it but they cost about 350.00 so.... Any thoughts.Sucks that I am here typing at 2:15 PM Labor Day weekend instead of sailing. Hope the rest of you are not reading this till Tuesday......

check the filter

The only thing between the primer pump and the secondary pump is the secondary fuel filter. Have you checked it? Have you bled the system from the primer pumt, to the filter and on to the injector pump? If you get fuel to that point, it has to be your injector pump thats gumming up the works.And, yes, I'm sitting here reading your message because its raining cats and dogs here....
