Multi-Hull Ches Bay Sailors...

I have a request: I am really curious to sail on a multi-hull in the 28 - 40 ft range. If there are any multi-hull sailors out there on the Chesapeake (50 miles north/south of Annapolis) who would like to take me sail, I would reciprocate with a sail on my humble H28.5. I'm just curious as to how handling multi-hulls differs from handling a monohull, particularl when the wind is up...

There is a guy on the 'sailnut' forum who goes by the handle of ChucklesR who is a Gemini 105 owner. He sails out of around Annapolis/Cape St. Claire area and appears to be a decent guy if I can even tell that from his posts over there.

You might want to contact the Corsair Fleet in Deltaville VA

this is a big fleet of F24s and F27s ... and I'd be sure that someone would be looking for 'crew' for a race. Corsairs are speed=demons so Im not sure that this is what you're looking for.

Ditto Annapolis where both are raced .. Staurdays and Wednesday nites.

If this is what you want contact through the F24 / F27 fleet associations... or show up at a dock when the fleet is coming in.

We just had several multi-hulls attend our invitational race at the top of the Bay. They do have an association that I can get a contact for from our race chair if no other solution pans out.
