ya, great seaman title.
I have a 26s with a 150% non stolk genoa. It's a milar? sail with a furler. Anyway it sweeps the deck = too low = can't see much and it's hard on the sail and ineficient. So I was wondering what you real sailors think of moving it up the mast 10 inches so I can get it off the deck?
would that weaken the mast or spoil some other aspect of the boat's sail ballance?
is it legal?
thank you
Bruce
