My husband and I are interested in moving our batteries from the Navigation Station to possibly under the Aft berth next to the gas tank to make room for a refrigerator in the Navigation station. Has anyone done this with any success? Thanks Sandy Rishell

Ive seen two C30 with Tall 6V golf cart batterys under Q birth behind ladder its agood place for them I think they had 4 of them plus the start battery They glassed a6" high box in the bilge for them to sit in then, tied them with 3 strapes. My boat has a water heater in this spot and my batterys are under the stb settee I have 2 Rd4batt one in my cockpit locker and one under stb settee there is a G 31 start battery in small locker on stb side under V birth. Not the best place for boat balance but my PO put it in there.I have a AB refer system in my Ice box and It works great and takes up little space. John
