srwk ??? after a bunch of google searching srwk (standard rig wing keel)
It would help us newbs to sailing to indicate what abbreviations are for

peob (pointy end of the boat)
tfp (tall flag pole)
ss (steering stick)

I took two lessons so now I are a sailor
Just learning so give me some slack- - easy sheet ?

I need to find a way to lock the front anchor, the only roller there is for the rope and chain, rode? I don't even know the brand of the anchor so I have some learning to understand my boat.

You are right, sailing has a language all its own. It is worth picking up a book and learning the lingo. A basic sailing and safety course is a real good idea as well. I am also new to the Catalina 30. This a great forum to learn from as the members have tremendous experience as sailors in general and with our boat in particular. As there were so many Cat 30s built, there are great resources for parts (CatalinaDirect) and well established fleets. Here in Biscayne Bay and the Florida Keys a short draft wing keel is essential as there are many islands (Keys) to explore and gunkhole. Good Luck.

We used to keep our Danforth-style anchor in the forward anchor locker. When we upgraded the Manson 25 the anchor no longer fits in the locker. We have a bow spirit on out Cat 27 tall-rig. Biggest issue was lack of chain stopper since we needed a way to secure the anchor when not in use and we have thirty feet of chain before rope rode. No great place to mount one either. I use a short length of 3/8 inch line looped through the anchor shackle hole on the anchor and tied to the nearest bow pulpit stanchion base. Quick, easy, and can be released even if the anchor is placing load on the knot, no worries about accidental release with a shackle end or similar.

I took a course thru the Coast Guard and 30 years ago I had a twin screw powerboat but with age my memory is getting fuzzy.
When in dry dock working on the nav lights in the anchor locker I did tie a line from the anchor to a stanchion but in fairly rough seas I don't want the anchor to swing and bang against the hull, not much problem with that on the hard.

I had a 27 but when I showed my wife the inside of a friends 30 she decided she needed the space of a 30, I should have known that, hence I now have a 30.
