MOUNTING HARDWARE

i'm trying to locate a place to purchase mounting hardware for a stern rail installation on my 1987 23. i think i need offset vertical deckmounts for the transom (no horizontal mounting surface), which i can't find anywhere. i'd like to hear of a good supplier, or a different idea using more conventional mounting plates.

Bimini Hardware?

You can get bimini mounting hardware in the 1" stainless variety. It's expensive, but it has "swivels" for an infinite number of mounting locations and since it's all stainless steel, it should be fine?? Just a thought
