mount for a dinghy motor

I have a 4 hp 2 stroke motor for my dinghy. Looking at the stern rail on my 260 I don't see a spot to mount it that will not interfere with a seating position either the helm or one of the bird seats. I have not seen anyone else mount a motor back there, wondering what you do with them ?

I built a small bracket that would fit on the port side of the rudder post so it could serve as a reserve unit if needed. I could loosen the bracket to lower the motor and it kept the weight low too. I only had a tiny 2hp 2stroke on it. I'll try to find a pic.
