Just bought a Garelick EEZ model 71090 for my C22. I tried to mount it using the old holes from the old bracket. When I mounted it, it was too close to the transome and I could not move the handle to lower the motor. Should I move it up higher on the transome? or build a bracket about four inches away from transome to bolt the new bracket to. Any ideas or suggestions. I posted this on another site and got one good suggestion, I was just seeing if their on any other ideas. Thanks Greg
