She got hauled this morning and blocked up. While they had the travel lift in place the marina workers pulled the old Yanmar out (I had it all disconnected and ready to go). I started working and cut the larger hole for the larger exhaust thru hull, removed the old exhaust hose and put the new in place (still need to finished fastening it) and the travel lift came back to help me put the new Beta in the cabin. I still need some muscle to help me put it on the stringers. I'm going to put a coat or 2 of paint on tomorrow and do anything else that I'm able to do (wasn't able to get any muscle to help me tomorrow). I am ANXIOUS to get her back in the water and fire her up! It has been since last September since I have had power.
