My '97 Passage 42 was delivered to the original owner with a generator installed by mistake, he refused it and Hunter took it out. So, the board is all wired for a generator, but all applicable switches are covered. So, here's the question (which, by the way, may not be related to the generator wiring at all). At the battery/inverter control panel, I have the engine battery switch, 2 on/off switches, and the inverter selector. When I turn off switch #2, the indicator led on the panel for "DC source 2" goes out, all dc is shut down. But, when I turn off switch #1, the LED for DC source #1 goes out, but nothing changes. Also, the corresponding panel switch for DC source #1 is covered. What the hell does this switch #1 on the battery panel do?
