Sometimes, there is an indication of moisture in decks or blisters on the hull. When this is an issue to the buying and selling parties, what do you suggest to fine tune the findings? For example, do you ever suggest a yard review of the findings? Should the Surveyor be involved with the yard inspection too? Rick D.
