Moisture in deck

My survey report said there was moisture in the foredeck near where the roller furling line goes into the deck. (starboard side)
I also see some stains in the wood between the 2 shelves on that side forward of the Nav station. 1993 hunter Legend 35.5.
Can anyone tell me how to find it and fix it?

Suggest getting a boatyard and/or marine contractor to provide estimates of repair strategy and cost and consider a "repair allowance", if you want, as a credit in the final sales price.
