During the last haulout, Hunter repaired a dripping leak in the rudder tube to hull connection due to a bad glass job when the boat was built 3 years ago. It was covered under warranty! I also installed a dripless (PYI's PPS) shaft seal and an aux sump to catch AC condensate & frig run off so now I have a very DRY bilge. Since it was dry, I was looking at the 3 large keel bolts that hold the lead ballast on the keel. I was able to notice a large SS washer next to the aft bolt/nut (behind the manual bilge pump pickup) that does not have a washer. The other 2 bolts appear to have a washer. Does anyone (Hunter technical guy included) think this may be a problem? I think it would be very difficult installing a washer under that aft bolt. Its deep and very narrow.
