Hermitt...I had a catalina 25 with no ventilation like your C30, mildeww all the time, constant battle. My O35 has dorade vents and little mildew ever. I put a Nicro solar vent in one of the Dorades to keep air circulating when no wind. Amazing what a little air circulation does. You can add Dorages to your boat and with your skills I can picture a couple of home made boxes on the deck in no time flat. Should be pretty easy to do and inexpensive. You just need to drill two holes in the deck and avoid hitting wires in the process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS.
For more money you can add solar vents to your forward hatch and another on your main cabin hatch. I don't like that idea because it lowers the amount of light through the hatches and does nothing when they are open.

...after all...there is enough in the bottle to treat about 100,000 gallons of pool water or something like that!
