Migration from Annapolis to St. Pete

Well,

After months of planning, my 310 has just arrived via carrier to St. Pete.

Purchased in Annapolis from Great Blue Yachts
Contracted with Express Boat to move it down
Boat dropped off at Sailors Wharf in St. Pete

I fly down on Friday to finalize bottom paint and other work before puttin' her back in the water.

Will end up at Harborage Marina.....can't wait.

Interestingly enough, I am talking to the same broker about a boat that I would also move down. The water is different here as it can be skinny quick.

Good luck. I've been boatin in Sarasota last couple of years. Just moved up north (Philly) but still in St. Pete every other weekend.

Broker was good to work with. Would recommend. As always, it's up to you to be diligent.

Well, got down on Friday and only the arch and bimini had been put together. Turns out, there was a bunch of rain last week and not much work could get done. So, I decided to spend the weekend cleaning the inside and getting supplies for the boat. Not much room but I got creative for containers, dive gear, drinks and yes, bought a single serve Keurig coffee maker.

Spent the weekend on her and it was STILL enjoyable. At least I could look out at the water (though not in it).

She's in the water and doing great. Spent my first weekend in Tampa Bay and took her to her slip at the harborage marina.

My son and I spent the weekend enjoying the water and getting settled in the boat.

This is what I was looking forward to.

If you don't mind, What ball park is that type of service in? I understand distance and other charges.
