Carryover from H37C?
The 1985 H40 was Hunter's next step after the H37C. The H37C had three shrouds per side plus an adjustable backstay. Could the H40 also have this? These backstays are 5/16" wire just like the shroudlines but have a small 4:1 tackle and snap shackle on the deck end. I keep mine on the toerail about 18" aft of the aftmost shroud.
