Mark Johnson....Westport, CT

It's almost Christmas, and now is as good a time as any to give thanks for the past year. I have truly enjoyed the fellowship and the learning experiences I have enjoyed here on HOW. I hope that the new year brings health and happiness. From my family to yours...Merry Christmas. Mark Johnson S/V Anthem H460

Also my sentiments.

Thanks Mark, also my thoughts. This ends my first year with a Hunter and this web-site. It's been a great year of learning and making new friends. As an ex-Navy seaman I didn't realize how much I missed the water. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

...And to ALL a good night!

Exactly my feelings. I have had such a good learning experience here and hope that I've provided all of you 1% as much knowledge as what I've learned here myself. Everyone acts in such a professional manner and is willing to help out everyone else. Wish you and your families all the very best in the Holiday season and in the New Year.

Special Holiday wishes to all

Thanks to Phil, Bly and to all of the contributors on this site. This is my favorite site -- professional, financial, sailing --- none is better and none relaxes me more to browse. I appreciate the help, advice and lessons learned by sailors vastly more experienced than I, and who are totally unselfish in their knowledge and experience. Warm holiday wishes to you all. Ho, Ho, Ho...

Mark, Ply, Bly, and everyone else who resides here. It's my 3rd or 4th Christmas visiting the HOW and I never get tired of it. 6AM everyday with a cup of coffee, I log on for work, and HOW opens up as my start up page. Can't tell you how much I enjoy it! Happy Holidays, God Bless, and safe voyages no matter where you are, what you believe, or how you travel. And as soon as tomorrows over lets think spring and SAILING! Bob Knott

'Tis true. This is a great site for us to learn and to share experiences about our Hunter sailboats. I've learned a lot more here than any other site. Thanks to Phil, Bly and Hunter for making it happen and keeping it going. Thanks to the rest of the "experts" too. Happy holidays to all and a great new year! (Only three more months 'til March)

And the countdown begins...

We want to wish everyone a very happy and safe New Year filled with lots of good sailing. We'll be taking advantage of the incredible weather we're having out here (dry, sunny and 70s) by heading out to Catalina Island in the morning and we'll know that our friends on HOW who are on the hard will be with us in spirit. That hurts...

It was 7 degrees when I left the house this A.M. All we have to look forward to is 23:59 on Friday. I'll be right here at work, with lots of friends however. Actually we also look forward to 40+ degree days so we can just go and look at the boat. But think how much more we appreciate our time on the water! :) Yeah, right. Happy New Year.
