Does any one know if the bearings in the shaft of the Meriiman steering system circa 1983 are nylon or metal? What is the best lubricant to use in the shaft bearings?

use super lube on the nylon and if you don't have any side slack you may not need the bushings ...just clean them and lube with super lube...good luck

Do you still have a YS bushing? Are they Delren or nylon & what do they cost?
