The binnacle on my '81 H31 was made by Merriman Yacht Specialties. The plastic cylindrical part that houses the throttle and shift levers broke, and after several calls, I located a replacement. The replacement is aluminum. Call Joe Constance at 425-438-1161. The cost is $160 plus shipping.
