Memorial Day Cruise Adventures as usual

Typical adventures for us on Memorial Day weekend. First night a club cruise up into the East River, Mobjack Bay Virginia. About 60 or 80 other boats had the same idea for our location. Luckily we had someone get in early and grab our spot. Woke up the next morning at sunrise to get an early start to Deltaville and found my anchor line had fouled around the keel. While trying to spin around and clear the keel we grabbed a crab pot with the prop (see pic attached :cussing. Also note when your wife says watch the pot don't ignore her. So an early morning swim in chilly water got us free and on our way a couple of hours late. Other than that and the starting battery crapping out it was a typical Memorial Day shake down cruise.
