Measuring for PHRF

I would like to measure my H-31 for a PHRF rating to see how it compares with some of the club ratings. Does any one know how to do this?

My PHRF rating for H 31

I forgot to mention my rating in the previous reply. Here in Seattle my rating is 206 for NFS code 5B35 and 191 for FS code 5435 I have an Aysemetrical Spinniker. From what I understand the ratings are slower out here compared to other places.

Hunter 31 PHRF

We raced a 1984 Hunter 31 deep keel in the Chesapeake. It rated 174. This was based on a 168 base rating with 6 seconds a mile for a fixed prop.
