I'm planning to order a Garhauer rigid boom vang for my H26. As per their instructions, I traced a profile of the mast and boom sections using solder wire, so they can customize the mounting brackets. But I forgot to measure the distance from the underside of the boom to the point where the mast bracket can be mounted. (I know, I know...CHECKLIST!) The boat's over an hour away, and I won't be back til next weekend. It's a '95 with a Z-spar mast (not sure if that matters or not). If someone can give me the clear vertical distance between the boom bottom and the cabintop (measured at the mast) I can adjust it for the bracket location (I DID remember to take closeup pics of the mast base).
