maxwell winch replacement springs

I have a maxwell winch and need 4 replacement springs for the rachet mechanism. I am having difficulty locating any. I have tried all the hardware stores in my area and nobody has one quite this small. They happen to be one size small than the spring in a standard click pen. About 1/8" by 1-1/4". Any ideas??

Hi Jim, I lost a spring from our Maxwell winch...

and they sent me a replacement at no charge. It was the spring on the control switch and this was a ten year old system. Contact them first.Terry
