Have a old style max prop, have to haul to change pitch setting. Doing 3 year haul and trying to decide what is best setting for max prop, 18 degrees or 20 degrees? Have 40hp @3500rpm and 18" 3 blade prop. Basically a fair weather coastal cruiser. Any suggestions on subject would be appreciated.
