MAX PROP PITCH ON 33.5

Has anybody installed a 16" three blade MAX PROP on a Hunter 33.5 With a 3gm30. If so was the 11"pitch recommended by PYI correct. I can't wait to try this thing going in next week. Any info would be appreciated. Fred

2-Blade Works Well

We installed a 2-blade Max-Prop per mfg instructions, at least 3-4 years ago. It's working beautifully.Enjoy!

Martec 15" 3blade

I purchased a 15" adj pitch prop.. To find the right pitch, just take it out and run at full power.. for a 3gm30 you should get about 3400rpm on the tach. I adjusted mine so it rev's to 3100 so I am a little over pitch.. but I like it that way.. so it may take a couple of times to get it right.. Good luck..
