Matching Gel Coat Color

I need to re-paint some spots in storage compartments and under the aft berth area. Using a white gel-coat looks not that great. I wonder if the beige-like color used by Hunter is available to buy or how to get the white gel coat tinted to match. Any advice is appreciated, thanks. Hart

Tints for gel are sold by most boating stores. Mix and match tubes are not expensive. As it dries, it changes color slightly so a test patch is a good idea.

Go to boatworkstoday.com. They have a full set of free video tutorials on Fiberglas repair right through to finishing out with gelcoat. Covers virtually everything. Fiberglas repair and gelcoat finally make sense to me.
