Hi,
Our boat did not have an anchor light or a mount for an antenna and when trying to disassemble all the bolts were seized. what we did to mount everything was to cutout a piece of 1/2" thick aluminum that fits onto a flap spot on the masthead casting. We used existing screw holes and flat head screws to attach the block. On top of the 1/2" thick block is a 1/8" aluminum plate that is drilled and matches tapped holes in the block. The antenna mount is then screwed to the 1/8" plate. We used a standard CD anchor light mount and cut down the mounting tube so the windex would clear the light. Maybe overengineered but looks like it will work well.
