Masthead light for '98 H340

Both the masthead and steaming lights have stopped working. I expect a blown bulb until I'm able to inspect them. I'd like to have replacement bulbs in hand before going up the mast. I contacted Hunter and they say they don't have anything to do with them, I need to contact the spar manufacturer, in my case US Spars. US Spars apparently only accepts parts requests via email and have not yet responded to mine.

Are there any H340 owners out there who have been through this an know what bulbs I need to get and where a good place is to get them?

Our 1999 H340 has a anchor light/steaming light combo at the top of the mast - Aqua Signal 40

Took a trip up the mast to learn that the fixture is a Perko, most likely an 1196 which uses two mini festoon type 10W bulbs. Mine has a lot of corrosion so I plan to replace with same fixture to (hopefully) prevent having to drill any more holes. The steaming light/ deck light combo is an AquaSignal 25.
