@henke I have owned three dragonflies since 2001: a 920, a 1000 and my current 1200. The 28 is a light boat with narrow trailer supports, and a tall mast means lots of windage aloft.
The 1200 is the only one heavy enough to store folded on stands without added stability. I STRONGLY recommend storing your 28 with added stand supports beneath the amas for stability in crosswinds, and even then it would be better if you could store it unfolded. If you can’t keep it unfolded I’d suggest using the halyards (main and spinnaker) to tie off to something heavy or immovable on each side.
Just think about preparing for a 70+ mph gust from the side in a storm. Also consider the trailer tires and suspension would allow it to rock.
