Mast stepping

Does anybody have any experience single handed mast stepping on the Cat 22. I am a novice at this and would not like to fork over big bucks for the mast stepping system I saw in Catalina direct. Anybody rig anything that I could fabricate myself. Appreciate any thoughts on best procedure. Thank - You.

Mast Raising

Be careful doing it yourself. The mast may sway from side to side while raising and your may suffer broken or at best bent pivot holes. Campy
