I think there is more info on this if you search the archives,
But, I used the plastic pop bottle technique.
Cut the pop bottle in half. Use the upper half. Wires come down the mast, into the small pop-bottle opening, and then continue on to the inside of the cabin.
The pop bottle is like a litte roof that sheds the water to the outside of the mast step pipe.
I got some of that grey electricians putty that can be purchased at home depot, and crammed it up the inside to the top of the pop bottle. Then I poured 5200 from the top side of the pop bottle to seal.
